My billing has changed
As part of the recent move to our new Control Panel, you will notice the way in which you are billed has now changed.
Each of your hosting subscriptions will now be billed through your new Control Panel and this is why it is important to set up your billing information on the new platform to avoid any loss of service. The way in which you are billed has also changed slightly.
You are still billed for the same services and your billing period/amount will remain the same however you will be emailed a 'Renewal Order' on each billing period for your subscriptions.
What are the GLH packages I can see on my bill?
All of your services have now been categorized in to one of three subscriptions:
- GLH - Additional Domain
- GLH - Email Plan
- GLH - Hosting Plan
The GLH refers to 'Gradwell Legacy Hosting' and all subscriptions have been consolodated into the 3 above subscriptions. For eg if you had an SMTP service, this is categorized under the 'GLH - Email Plan'.

I can not see what domain my subscription ties to
One of the limitations of this approach is that your domain details are not linked to the subscriptions. Where your domain itself is renewed your domain will show on the order, just not your base subscriptions.
This can however be achieved by moving to one of our new hosting packages. At present your are using our new control panel but your data is still stored on the legacy platform.
