You company details are automatically appended to the header and footer of emails that the system sends out. Adding your logo to these is simple.
Firstly, ensure that you have uploaded your logo to a publicly available webspace (this can be on the same webspace that your control panel and store live on - for details doing this please see the section below entitled Uploading the logo to your webspace).
To edit the header template, you need to edit the notification template in the same way you'd edit any other email templates. Once your logo is uploaded, login to your administrator control panel and select Billing from the top right corner.
From the System menu on the left hand side, select Settings.
Now select Notifications (within the Systems section)
Finally, select Notification Templates.
A full list of notifications will be shown, use the search functionality to find the "header" template and then click it.
The header template will load. Select HTML.
Now scroll down to the Edit button to edit the HTML.
Within the HTML template there is the following HTML commented out:
<!--<img id="headerlogoimage" src="" alt="Gradwell Communications Ltd" style="width:190px;height:49px" />-->
Paste the URL of your logo within the quotation marks after src=, and change the alt tag if you wish. Finally, remove the <!-- and --> to make the HTML code visible.
Your HTML should now look something like this:
<img id="headerlogoimage" src="intoclouduk.com/Corporate_logo.png" alt="Premier Associate" style="width:190px;height:49px" />
Uploading the logo to your webspace
If you wish, you can upload your logo to the same webspace that your control panel and store is hosted on. If you have already configured FTP access to this webspace you can upload it via FTP. An alternative method is to use the browser-based file manager. This allows you to easily upload a file to your webspace.
To access this, login to your administrator control panel as normal, and then click Customer CP in the top right corner.
You will enter your customer (as opposed to administrator) control panel. From the top menu, select Websites.
Select your domain from the list.
Select File Manager.
The browser-based uploader will open. Select the folder with your domain's name on it....
...and now use the upload button (the icon of a floppy disk) to upload your file. If you upload your file here, its URL will be domain.tld/file.extension.
Alternatively, you can create a sub-folder if you wish and amend the URL accordingly.
