Welcome to Gradwell Cloud
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we have migrated your hosting services to Gradwell Cloud.
This guide is intended to help you understand the changes, and what you need to do to complete the migration process.
Your Gradwell Cloud login
As part of moving your services to our Gradwell Cloud, we have created you a new login.
Your new username will be on the email we sent you to inform you that your services have been migrated. To set a password, visit the new control panel at https://controlpanel.gradwell.com and click the Forgot password? link. You will now be able to set a password.
You will notice that the control panel you use and your login username is different - please amend any bookmarks you have on your computer.
If you want to change your username you will need to create a new administrator on your account. Simply login with the details above and then follow these steps to setup your new login.
If you have Gradwell voice or connectivity services
We have only migrated your hosting services to Gradwell Cloud. If you also have voice services (e.g. Multi User VoIP) and/or connectivity services (e.g. Gradwell Office Advanced Broadband) then you continue managing these at login.gradwell.com with your old username and password.
Contacting Gradwell Support
If you contact Gradwell Support about your hosting services we will be able to assist you faster if you quote your Gradwell Cloud customer ID. This is on the email we sent you to inform you that your services have been migrated.

Paying for your hosting services
If you have previously saved payment details with us, you will need to add these again.
If you normally pay by Direct Debit you can add your details now. Simply login to your control panel and select Payment Methods.

Credit or debit card
If you normally pay by credit or debit card, you can add these when we next invoice you. You will be notified by email when your service is due for renewal. When you get this email simply login to your control panel to pay the invoice and save the card for future payments - you'll see a pay now button on the homepage.
