During the setup process Gradwell will have applied a credit limit to your reseller account. As customers sign up to services through you, the wholesale value of their purchase is deducted from this credit limit.
Once a wholesale invoice from Gradwell is paid by you, your credit limit is updated to reflect this.
Please note that if you are reselling voice calls on Hosted Lync then you will have a separate credit limit to cover voice calls made by your customers. The credit limit shown in your Cloud Associate control panel covers cloud services only.
If you reach your credit limit then customer orders will not provision.
To check your current credit limit, login to your control panel and select Billing from the top right corner.
From the left menu, select My Reseller Status.
Your credit balance (less any not invoiced purchases) will be shown.
If you want to avoid reaching your credit limit for cloud services, you can configure an Auto TopUp when your remaining credit limit reaches a defined level, effectively making a payment on account. For more help on this functionality please read this article.
