Your website log contains the requests for files (such as web pages and images) that people have made from your website. You can use programs to analyse and summarise your raw logs, providing you with information such as the number of visitors to your site or any problems (error log) that your site has encountered. You can access your website log using FTP. To configure the access details you need to visit the Log Manager page.
After logging in select Manage Website from the websites box (if you have more than one website hosted with Gradwell you will have to choose the correct one using the dropdown box).
From the next page, select Log Manager.
Your FTP access details, including URL and username are shown. If you wish to change the password simply click Change Password.
You can enter these details into an FTP client, alternatively clicking Show FTP Directory will open your FTP URL in a browser window.
