If you are an existing customer and have a domain name that is hosted by another provider and want to transfer it to Gradwell, the process is simple.
In many cases, you will need to know the transfer key to do this, which will be available from your current provider.
From your control panel, select Registered Domains.
Select Transfer Existing.
You will now need to enter your existing domain name and transfer authorisation key (available from your current provider).
n.b. if you are attempting to move a Nominet domain to Gradwell (these usually end .uk) then you do not need to enter an authorisation key here, and you can simply leave this box blank.
Once you have finished the transfer process in your control panel contact your current domain provider and request that they change your domain's IPS tag to GRADWELL.
On the next page, enter the admin users whose address details you wish to use for the domain (if you need to add different names/addresses then please add another administrator first).
Finally, accept the terms and conditions and confirm your order.
Once your transfer is complete and you have moved all relevant content, you will need to update the nameservers so that we start serving your website.
